- documents, reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), briefings etc for consumption by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create document templates as needed for efficiency.
- Take ownership of existing documentation to ensure it is continually updated in support of an optimized workflow ensuring knowledge management .
- Own the process of routing technical documentation to ensure accuracy with technical team members.
- Work in close partnership with subject matter experts, system and software engineers, test engineers and analysts.
