Qualifications

- Act as the primary owner for Cli***’s global mobility vendor ecosystem (Immigration Counsel, Tax Consultants, household goods movers, destination service providers, etc).
- Monitor and audit service delivery against established SLAs, lead regular business reviews, and ensure partners provide a high-touch, seamless experience for all employees.
- Hands-on coordination with the Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate tax withholding, shadow payroll setup, and the tracking of relocation-related expenses for tax year-end reporting.
- Build a best in class experience for moving employees.
- Create onboarding guides and resources that simplify the complexities of transitioning to a new country or region.
- Establish the tracking mechanisms for all mobility data.
- Regularly report on program spend, volume, and "time-to-start" metrics to show the impact of the mobility function to leadership.

- You will handle everything from high-level cost projections, partnering with finance on tax implications, to the tactical logistics of household goods shipping, temporary housing, etc.
