Qualifications

  • They will lead cross-functional teams bringing deep experience building products for global customers.
  • We move with urgency, build for the long term, and obsess over getting the customer experience right—because our work succeeds only when it improves outcomes for customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent
  • 15+ years of combined product, operational, and technical leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience delivering software systems at scale
  • 5+ years of experience leading engineering and product teams
  • Experience applying AI, machine learning, or data science to customer-facing products
  • PREFERRED
  • Experience applying AI and machine learning to customer-facing products at global scale, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Natural Language Processing, or Knowledge Graphs
  • Experience owning product lifecycle from concept through launch, including roadmap strategy and prioritization
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices and patterns for AI-native product development
