- You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their degree apprenticeship programme.
- Deliver Outstanding Learning Experiences
- Coach and support a caseload of learners across multiple organisations
- Act as the key link between learners, employers, and internal teams
- Partner with learning and quality specialists to drive on-time programme completion
- Provide clear feedback and track progress, including 20% off-the-job
