Qualifications

  • You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with Python
  • Experience with common ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn
  • Experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning
  • Experience with software engineering, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and containerization practices consistent with modern ML engineering expectations
  • Experience building end‑to‑end data and ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model evaluation, and integration into operational systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering and 5+ years of experience with AI/ML or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with AI/ML
  • Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks and tooling, including MLflow, Kubeflow, experiment tracking, and reproducible pipelines
  • Experience with cloud or on‑prem secure compute environments, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or high‑side mission systems
  • Experience with emerging techniques, including generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning, and RAG
  • Experience in software‑defined ISR architectures, DevSecOps pipelines, or operational prototyping in government R&D ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • At a high level, you will design, develop, integrate, and deploy advanced AI/ML driven software and analytics that strengthen ISR decision advantage and modernization efforts for the DoW and IC.
