Qualifications

• This represents a premium, concierge-grade experience designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or call script.
• 3+ years in a client-focused capacity with quantifiable conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• Demonstrated success navigating high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience orchestrating multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
• Established ease with AI
• Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or development — sectors where confidentiality and refinement are essential.
• Established connections or presence within affluent family networks.
• Understanding of Alpha's educational approach or background in K-12 private education or EdTech.

Responsibilities

• You'll shepherd the complete admissions journey for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing white-glove service throughout.
• You'll screen inquiries, support families through their evaluation process, and deploy AI
• Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.
